Direct Financial Assistance
At the Center of Hope Inc.,100% of the contributions we receive for direct financial assistance go directly to landlords or utility companies to pay rent or utility bills for those in danger of being evicted or having their utilities disconnected.
We perform background checks to verify the owner of the property and the landlord/tenant relationship for rent assistance. We talk directly to the utility companies to verify the status of the utility bill and those responsible for the bill.
No funds are given directly to those seeking assistance. All payments are made by check and mailed directly to the landlord/owner of the property and to the utility companies.

Direct Financial Assistance for Water Bills
The Center of Hope has partnered with the City of Wichita to provide a special fund for those in danger of having their water service disconnected.
If you would like to contribute to this fund, make a check payable to Center of Hope and write “Water Fund” at the bottom of the check.

Endowment Fund Contributions
The Center of Hope maintains an endowment fund which provides earnings that are used to ensure the continued operation of our ministry to the poor.
If you would like to make a donation to our endowment by a bequest or through the proceeds from an estate, you can make a check payable to Center of Hope and write “Endowment Fund” at the bottom of the check. Mail the check to Center of Hope, PO Box 3237, Wichita KS 67201 or click HERE to make an online contribution.

In-Kind Contributions
The Center of Hope is in need of in-kind contributions such as food, household supplies including dish detergent, laundry soap, hygiene products, toilet paper, diapers, bicycles and gift cards.
These items can be delivered to our office at 1100 E 1st St, Wichita KS, Wichita KS 67201 Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
